***Due to the high demand of our cute and original designs, there is a processing time of normally 5 days. We will ship each item as it ready to ship rather than delay your entire order waiting for a product. Therefore, if you order more than one product, your order may arrive in several shipments.***
DHL shipping upgrade
For photo blankets, I offer upgraded DHL shipping to most locations. This is a $20 charge and reduces the turnaround time to about 2 weeks. This option is not available for jewelry items.
Customs
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. My production partner ships in the best way possible to not have customs fees or problems. Also, for example, shipments under $200 are not charged customs in the USA. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. However, it is highly unlikely you will be charge duties.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
